Please call the car park 40 minutes before you arrive at the Luton airport short term car park meet and greet parking area where you will be met by a member of the Car Park Team. You will be shown a parking ID and paperwork for your car which will have to be checked and signed by yourself. The car will then be taken to a secure compound leaving you free to proceed to the terminal for check in.

Customers are advised to allow sufficient journey time to arrive at Luton Airport at the meeting time that has been designated by the customer. If the customer misses their booking time they will incur additional costs. The customer must ensure they contact Easy Parking and advise of any changes as soon as possible. The responsibility to arrive on the agreed time is the customers. Easy Parking cannot be held responsible for any costs or inconvenience incurred when not following the instructions provided by the company. We reserve the right to change late meet and greet customers to park and ride.

On your return please call the car park when you arrive in the baggage hall, this will allow ample time to ensure your car is waiting for you at the collection point outside the terminal building.

Please note there is a 15 minute waiting limit at the drop off zone so providing you don't go over this limit there will be no exit fees.

Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control flights delayed etc, it is not always possible to Meet the flights at the new scheduled times, however you can be assured that we endeavour to Meet you as soon as possible.

The car park is open 24 hrs a day with fully patrolled parking & recorded CCTV, flood lighting, barrier entrance & exit, 8ft high perimeter fencing.

Easy Parking will take the stress out of finding a parking space at Luton Airport as they are only a 1/3 mile from the main terminal building. Easy Parking operates a secure compound with barriers and CCTV.

Simply call Easy Parking 10 minutes before you are due to arrive at Luton Airport. Enter the short term car-park/off airport Meet & Greet area where you will be met by your driver. Late/early arrivals may incur further charges.

When you return all you need to do is step off the plane, collect your baggage or hand luggage and give Easy Parking a call to say you are leaving the airport terminal. Within minutes your driver will bring your car from our secure car park and deliver it to you for your onward journey.

Long wheel base vehicles and vans are charged at £10 per week extra, caravans, camper vans, minibuses and trailers are charged at £15 per week extra. Payable to the car park on arrival.

Customers are responsible for the exit fee as they leave the airport.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 14th June 2018, there are roadworks and other improvements works ongoing at Luton Airport, expected to last for 18 months. Please allow plenty of additional travel time to accommodate these changes and increased traffic levels.
