All of terminals at Heathrow Airport are easily accessible by road, from any direction. Each terminal is well sign posted. Clear, precise and up-to-date directions to the car park will be provided once a booking is made. The roads around Heathrow can obviously get very busy, especially during peak seasons, so it is advised to make sure you have allowed enough time.
Access to each of the terminals is as follows:
- Terminals 1-3: M25 (J15) and M4 (J4)
These three terminals are located close to one another and are situated in the middle of all the airports perimeter.
From the M4 take Junction 4 or from the M25 take Junction 15 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
- Terminal 4: M25 (J14)
Terminal 4 is located south of the runway so has a dedicated entrance.
From the M25 take Junction 14 or from the M4, take Junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14. Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4.
- Terminal 5: M25 (J14)
Terminal 5 sits to the far west of the airport on the Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road.

Meet and Greet parking is where your car is collected from you outside the Heathrow terminal. Your car is then parked in a secured car park by the insured driver. Upon your return, your car is brought back to the terminal for you.
It's extremely convenient and great if you’re disabled, travelling with children, or have lots of luggage. You can simply walk to check-in while the rest is done for you.
If I have booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow Airport, what do I do on the day?
The meet and greet parking process couldn’t be simpler. Please check your booking confirmation and underneath the arrival procedure, there is a telephone number for the Meet and Greet provider that you have booked. Call 20 minutes prior to your arrival at your airport terminal. Proceed to the pick-up point with your booking confirmation/reference. The parking attendant will take the car to a secure car park. Leaving you free to head to check-in.
If I have booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow Airport, what do I do once I return from my trip?
As with your arrival, the chauffeurs will need 20 minutes notice to bring your car to the pick-up point. We advise that you call them once you have collected your luggage from the carousel to avoid having to wait for their arrival. Once you have met the driver, they will return your car and you will be able to drive home.
What if my flight back to Heathrow is delayed and I overrun my parking time?
Don't worry, your car will still be safe until you return. When you arrive back at the car park, you can pay for the extra hours or days you exceed locally. Extra hours or days will be charged at the car park's gate rate.
