We recommend that you take a copy of your confirmation with you.
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop.
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.

If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry.
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking.

Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you will be charged again for your parking.

If you're using a Satnav please be aware that JetParks shares a postcode with the Short Stay car park, and if you go into Short Stay by accident you may be charged to exit. Follow the signs to JetParks and be careful not to go into the Short Stay.

A regular transfer bus serves the Shuttle Car Parks with buses departing from the Bus Interchange. On collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals area and follow the walkway between the Airport Information Desk and SPAR shop to the Bus Interchange.
Buses are DDA compliant for disabled customers.

Once you've parked your vehicle proceed to the courtesy shuttle bus which runs 24 hours a day with a short 8 minute transfer time to the terminal.

Where you have booked this car parking product, by giving us at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the car park arrival time and date, you will be entitled to a refund calculated as a percentage of the car parking fee as set out in the table below. Any bookings cancelled within 71 hours and fifty nine minutes of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.

• 72 hours – 119 hours and fifty-nine minutes - 20% refunded
• 120 hours – 167 hours and fifty-nine minutes. - 50% refunded

• 336 hours– 719 hours and fifty-nine minutes - 70% refunded
• Over 720 hours - 75% refunded
